GENERAL PRACTITIONER
I'm Dr. Benny Malakoane, a dedicated medical doctor with a passion for helping patients live healthier, more confident lives. With years of experience in both general and specialized care, I founded Dynasty Healthcare to provide a space where patients feel heard, supported, and truly cared for.
I’m certified in aesthetics through the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine (AAAM) and trained in non-surgical pain therapy. My background also includes health systems management, clinical governance, and policy development, with experience conducting clinical audits and health equity assessments.
Outside of clinical care, I am a medical writer and editor, with published research in BMC and African Health Sciences, and training in GCP and ICH clinical research standards.
At Dynasty Healthcare, my goal is to provide accessible, compassionate, and effective care—tailored to every individual.
BONISWA NCEDANE
OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
With a Diploma in Human Resources and over eight years of hands-on experience in office administration, Boniswa brings both expertise and dedication to every aspect of her role. Since joining Dynasty Healthcare in 2021, she has become an integral part of the team—streamlining workflows, supporting operations, and ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Boniswa is known for her attention to detail, warm professionalism, and commitment to excellence. Her journey with Dynasty Healthcare has been tremendously rewarding, allowing her to grow both personally and professionally within a dynamic and caring environment.
Kenney Thamae
MANAGER
Kenney is a dynamic professional with a dual academic foundation in Information Technology and Business Administration, specializing in networking, server administration, desktop support, and business management. With over a decade of hands-on experience as a computer technician, Kenney has built a reputation for reliable systems support and practical IT solutions across diverse environments.
In addition to his strong technical background, Kenney spent four years as a medical practice manager, where he streamlined operations, managed digital practice systems, and optimized supply chain workflows. His ability to bridge the gap between technical systems and business efficiency has made him an invaluable asset in both corporate and clinical settings.
Kenney is passionate about creating innovative solutions that align with organizational goals—whether it’s enhancing infrastructure resilience, improving system reliability, or driving operational excellence through technology.
